Tamara is an investment banker at Xnergy Financial in NYC, with a focus on deal structure and capital raising for equity and debt of commercial real estate assets. She actively sources and creates real estate investment opportunities internationally with emphasis in North America, Central America, Western Europe and the Caribbean.
She brings more than two decades experience in real estate as an advisor to private clients concentrating on cash flowing value-add assets. Paramount is her dedicated stewardship of investor’s capital and implementing market strategies to minimize risk and capture higher returns by offering creative asset optimization models. Experience has taught Tamara the genesis of investing is mastery of equity objectives for alignment with a project’s life cycle. Tamara creates partnerships with strategic business allies to fortify a project’s success.
She is the founder and CEO of Alchemy Global Advisors, a real estate investment company specializing in creating turnkey real estate investment projects in all asset classes of commercial real estate. She is a recurring speaker at Family Office Forums, in Dubai, New York and Miami. Tamara has a passion for philanthropy; she has served on the board of directors for a New York City Charter School and is a mentor to high school students in the competitive scholastic FASTTRACK program.
